Overview
RBM are Specialists in BMW & MINI vehicles across the entire model range. We can assist with everything from servicing, to diagnostics and repairs. Our knowledge of these vehicles can offer a unique experience, we are happy to send you progress photos and updates throughout the day if you wish so you can keep up to date on your repairs. Equally, we are happy for you to drop your keys and trust us to take care of everything for you
History
Ross began his career at a BMW main dealer in 2005, starting his journey on BMW models as far back as the E36 3 series and first-generation MINI’s. Right up until recently where he worked on the latest G model BMW’s and F series MINI’s up to 2019. Qualifying through the BMW & MINI apprenticeship scheme he gained status as a certified BMW & MINI diagnostic technician in 2008. He continued to progress with the help of BMW & MINI training courses and in 2014 qualified as a certified BMW & MINI Senior technician. His 15 years on BMW & MINI courses and being surrounded by these vehicles at a main dealership have given him a wealth of experience. Not only in diagnosis and repairs, but in first-class customer service.
Facility
RBM operates from a modern, clean, and light, workshop in Hook, Hampshire.
We only use BMW approved battery chargers and BMW main dealer diagnostic equipment. All fluids used at RBM such as engine oil, coolant and brake fluid are sourced from BMW thus not invalidating any warranties you may hold. For all repairs, we use the latest special tools from BMW direct.
